Terms of use
What you own
The presentations you generate are yours. We claim no rights over your input or the decks that come out, and we do not use your briefs to train anything. Do what you like with the files.
What the service is
A machine writes your slides. It is good at structure and layout and it is not a subject expert. Read what it produces before you present it, and check every figure against your own source. We say this on the homepage, in the guide, and here, because it is the single most important thing to understand about any tool of this kind.
What we do not promise
- Accuracy. Generated content may be wrong. The tool is instructed not to invent figures, targets or benchmarks, and we test for that, but an instruction is not a guarantee.
- Availability. This is an independent project without an uptime commitment. It may be unavailable, and features may change or be withdrawn.
- Retention. Nothing you generate is stored. If you close the tab before downloading, the deck is gone and we cannot recover it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to produce material that is unlawful, that harasses or defames people, or that impersonates someone. Do not attempt to overwhelm the service or work around its rate limits. Automated bulk use without permission is not allowed.
Payment
Billing is not live. The plans described on the pricing page are what is planned, not what is currently charged, and no payment details are collected anywhere on this site. These terms will be updated before that changes.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it, including anything that follows from presenting generated content without checking it.
